How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add products to your basket and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@micksmowing.co.uk. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
Can I buy in store?
Yes. Visit us at 3 New Cut, Hayling Island PO11 0NB, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered within 5–6 business days. Total delivery time is typically 6–8 business days.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship with Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx, depending on the size of your order and your location.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on orders over £50. For orders under £50, delivery is calculated at checkout.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Who pays return postage?
We cover return postage if an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product. For other returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return and are made to your original payment method.
What’s the difference between bypass and anvil loppers?
Bypass loppers cut like scissors and are best for clean cuts on live, green wood. Anvil loppers press a blade onto a flat anvil and are better for dry, dead or harder wood.
Do cordless tools come with a battery?
Products marked “Tool Only” do not include a battery or charger. Please check the product description for the compatible voltage.
How do I choose a hedge trimmer?
Match the blade length to your hedges and the cut capacity to the thickest stems you’ll be trimming. Longer blades cover tall, wide hedges faster; shorter blades are lighter and easier to control.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Shop Pay.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your card details.
