Currency and Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
When Your Payment Is Taken
Payment is authorised and taken when you place your order. If an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item to your original payment method.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure, PCI DSS-compliant checkout. Your connection is encrypted using SSL, and Mick’s Mowing Service never sees or stores your full card details.
Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please check that your billing details match those held by your card issuer, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or email us at info@micksmowing.co.uk.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, orders may be reviewed for security. In rare cases we may ask for additional verification before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent and will refund any payment taken.
