Our 30-Day Returns Promise
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them

In their original packaging, with all accessories, blade covers and manuals included

Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept tools that show signs of use, such as cut marks on blades, sap, grass, soil or wear.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover the full cost of return postage and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For unused items you simply no longer want, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
How to Start a Return

Email info@micksmowing.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We’ll confirm your return and send instructions and our returns address.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Original delivery charges are refunded for damaged, faulty or incorrect items, and where you cancel within your statutory 14-day cancellation period.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
