We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur. Specifications such as dimensions and weights are approximate.
4. Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price charged will be the price shown when you placed your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you confirming dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if payment cannot be authorised or if we suspect fraud.

We deliver within the UK only. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellations and Returns
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Safe Use of Tools
Our products include sharp cutting tools and powered equipment. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, wear appropriate protective equipment and keep tools away from children. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business losses.
