Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or at weekends, begin processing the next business day.

Our Carriers
We ship with Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on the size and weight of your order and your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, delays may happen because of severe weather, peak periods or carrier disruption. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged on Arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
